Wilkinson Signature Homes brings construction and design together from the very beginning to create luxury homes throughout the Lake Norman area. Conor leads construction and project execution, while Gianna shapes each home’s design and market perspective.

Working side by side, they approach each home as one complete vision—from the homesite and floor plan to construction and final finishes. The result is a cohesive home where how it’s built, how it looks, and how it lives are considered together from the start.
